This page explains what happens with personal data when you use Motifator.net ("the Site"). The Site is run by templatemaker.nl, registerd in the Netherlands, motifator@templatemaker.nl ("we", "us"), who is responsible for the data described below.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, we have no user accounts, and we do not sell or share your data.

1. Using the Site and the free images

You can browse the Site and download the free images without an account or any form. We do not ask for or store personal data for this.

Like any web server, ours may briefly record technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request. We use it only to keep the Site secure and to fix problems.

2. Buying a license

Licenses are sold by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as merchant of record. Your payment and customer details (such as your name, email address, country and payment information) are collected and processed by Lemon Squeezy under its privacy policy. We never see your payment details.

Lemon Squeezy shares limited order information with us, such as your email address and order details. We use it for one purpose: to help you with questions about your purchase, support requests and refunds (the legal basis is the performance of our contract with you). We do not use it for marketing, newsletters or anything else, and we do not copy it into other systems.

We keep order information for two years after your purchase, or for as long as the law requires us to, and then delete it. Support emails are deleted after 2 years.

3. Redeeming a license key

When you enter a license key on the Site, we send the key to Lemon Squeezy's license service to check that it is valid and to mark it as used. We do not store your key or the files generated for you.

4. Cookies

The Site does not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. It may set only technical cookies or storage that the Site needs to work, which do not require your consent.

5. Who receives your data

• Lemon Squeezy, for processing purchases and checking license keys.
• Our hosting provider and Our email provider, Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany, which stores server data on our behalf.

We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else, unless the law requires us to.

6. Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict its use, or to object to it. We will reply within one month. For data held by Lemon Squeezy, you can also contact them directly.

You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country. For the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
